By using the CompliAgent application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account information, including your password, and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts. You may not use the Service to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

4. Service Provided "As Is"

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. CompliAgent Solutions, LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CompliAgent Solutions, LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
